You may only attend the conference with a valid ticket.
Tickets will be available to purchase online. Once the purchase has been successfully completed, the system will automatically send the e-ticket to the email address provided during registration. Details of the online ticket sales will be published shortly.

As the date of the event approaches, tickets may only be available for purchase online, via credit card. We will always provide advance notice of the closing date for online ticket sales.
Once you have successfully purchased your ticket, all participants will receive an electronic ticket containing a unique QR code by email. On the day of the conference, please bring this QR code with you, either on your mobile phone or as a printout, as you will need to have it scanned to gain entry.
We will send a confirmation of your online registration to the email address you have provided. Your application will only be finalised once you have accepted the details you have provided and these terms and conditions.
The participation fee can be paid via the chosen payment method, either by credit card or by payment request. The invoice will be sent electronically by Take Easy Marketing Kft..
Online registration constitutes an order; participation is subject to the full participation fee being paid in advance.
Once a booking has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled and the participation fee is non-refundable. However, the ticket may be transferred to another person once the full amount has been paid, provided that the organiser is notified in writing in advance.
Take Easy Marketing Kft. reserves the right to change the date or format of the event. Participants will be informed in good time of any new date or if the event is to be held online. Tickets already purchased will remain valid for the new date.
